Ryczek currently serves as the Market President for Wintrust Financial Corporation and is the incoming Chair of the YMCA of Collier County. With an impressive background in both financial leadership and nonprofit governance, Ryczek brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to community engagement.

As a member of the Board, Ryczek will help guide Minds Over Tumors in its continued mission to support children and families affected by brain tumors through compassion-driven care, advocacy, and research initiatives.
